Article 1 – General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all fishing permit orders offered for sale on www.permisdepeche.be (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general terms and conditions of sale and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation.
They are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version.
The Public Service of Wallonia reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions. Any modification shall take effect upon its publication on the Website.
These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Namur shall have jurisdiction.
The fishing permit purchased on this website is personal and may neither be exchanged for a permit of a different value nor refunded.
By purchasing the permit, the holder undertakes to use it strictly for personal use in accordance with the conditions provided for by law.
Any reproduction or falsification, in whole or in part, in any form or on any medium whatsoever is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes counterfeiting and may incur the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
Article 2 – Prices – Payment terms
The applicable rates are expressed inclusive of VAT (TTC). The prices are stated in euros.
There are five types of fishing permits available to everyone without age restriction:
- The A permit at €20.00 allows fishing from the water’s edge with 1 or 2 lines only from the bank, plus daytime fishing with a maximum of five crayfish nets.
- The B permit at €45.00 includes the A permit + daytime fishing with one or two lines other than from the bank (wading, boat, pontoon); daytime fishing with a maximum of five crayfish nets.
- The C permit at €110.00 includes the B permit + carp fishing day and night with a maximum of three hand lines, from the bank only, including from a removable platform that does not remain on site.
- The T permit at €25.00 allows fishing other than from the bank, with 1 or 2 hand lines, and with authorised gear other than hand lines, in places where fishing is permitted under Walloon regulations, for fourteen consecutive days.
- The L permit at €15.00 allows boat fishing on Lake Plate Taille for one day with one or two fishing rods. From the third Saturday of March to 31 October, navigation for the purpose of fishing is permitted before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m.
Bank transfer fees are charged in addition to the transaction amount.
The full amount of purchases must be paid at the time of ordering by credit card using the payment options made available on the website. All credit and debit card transactions are charged at the time of purchase. The fishing permit will only be issued once this condition has been met.
Article 3 – Delivery method and withdrawal
The permits are delivered automatically in PDF format by email upon completion of the purchase process on the website. The buyer may therefore reprint their permit at any time in the event of damage or loss. In the event of loss, the permit can be downloaded an unlimited number of times from the user account that was used to purchase the fishing permit in question.
Once the process has been completed, since this is a personalized purchase, there is no right of withdrawal whatsoever.
Article 4 – Complaints
Any complaint and/or dispute by the customer concerning the purchase must be submitted exclusively by email to the following address: info@maisondelapeche.be.
