Which fishing permit should I choose?

You fish only from the water’s edge

If you wish to fish only from the water’s edge, you must obtain a Category A fishing permit. This allows you to fish with a maximum of two lines, plus five crayfish nets. The cost of the permit is set at €20.00.

 

You fish from a boat or by entering the riverbed

If you wish to fish other than from the water’s edge (piers, platforms, decks, etc.), you must obtain a Category B fishing permit. This authorizes fishing with a maximum of two lines, plus five crayfish nets. The cost is set at €45.00.

The Category T fishing permit grants the same rights as the Category B permit, but only for a period of fourteen consecutive days. The cost is set at €25.00.

 

You fish for carp at night

If you wish to fish for carp at night, you must obtain a Category C fishing permit at a cost of €110.00. This allows you to fish for carp both during the day and at night using three hand lines.
